Project Manager. Dahlin Group, Inc., San Ramon, California. Responsible for Design, Contract Documents, Contract Administration of:
  • UCSF Student Union, Millberry Hall, San Francisco, California. Athletic/conference facility; $4.5 million remodeling of 40,000 square feet.
  • Terrabay Development, South San Francisco, California. A large mixed-use development including 880 homes, a fire station, a recreation center, and a child care center.
  • Del Madera Estates, Tiburon, California. Eleven custom homes ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet.
     
1984-1987
Director of Architecture. Jefferson Associates, Inc. San Francisco, California. Managed the following projects:
  • Southeast Community Facility, San Francisco, California. Contract Administration for $20 million branch of City College including a large commercial greenhouse, an adult day health care center, and a child care center.
  • Pier 30/32 Rehabilitation, San Francisco, California. Design and Contract Documents for a $12 million container freight station for the Port of San Francisco.
  • Youth Guidance Center, San Francisco, California. Facility assessment, programming, and conceptual design of a new juvenile hall estimated at $20 million.
     
1981-1984
Project Architect. Tai Associates/Architects, San Francisco, California. Responsibilities included:
  • Design, Contract Documents, and Contract Administration for remodeling three historic office buildings in the Financial District, including the Warfield Building.
  • Design and Contract Documents for more than twenty commercial projects including high-rise office buildings, custom tenant interiors, banks, hotels, and computer facilities.
  • Master planning for three large mixed-use developments including condominiums, townhomes, detached single family homes, and retail office and commercial space.
     
1980
Designer/Construction Manager. Santa Cruz, California. Responsible for the design, Contract Documents, estimating, scheduling, and supervision of sub-contractors for a $100,000 remodeling of a large private residence off West Cliff Drive.
 
1978-1979
Designer/Draftsman. S.I.Morris Associates, Houston, Texas. Responsible for design, Contract Documents, leasing brochures, site observation, and punch lists for custom tenant interiors in a 45-story office building, One Houston Center.
 
1976-1977
Designer. Frankel Associates AIA, Chicago, Illinois. Responsible for the design of more than twenty residential, commercial, and institutional projects including:
  • 300,000 SF/20-acre regional shopping center including a 40,000 SF restaurant and more than 100 specialty shops grouped around courtyards overlooking a man-made lake.
  • Five plans/three elevations each for a 34-unit development of single family detached homes.
  • Eight-story/64-unit twin tower deluxe condominiums with parking garage.

Designer. Alley Friends Architects, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsible for the design of a new signage system for Albert Einstein Hospital.

Designer. Viking America Construction Corporation, Philadelphia. Responsible for coordination with the EPA on site details for regional.
 
1974
Designer. CPS Incorporated, Little Rock, Arkansas. Responsible for design of a National Park visitor's center, a retail music store on a downtown mall, and a "high-tech" Butler office building.
